Not a Pest Control Company

We do not employ technicians, apply pesticides, perform inspections, or conduct any pest control treatments directly. We do not own, operate, or control any pest control equipment, vehicles, or treatment facilities. No service agreement exists between you and Florida Pest Control for actual pest management services. Any contractual relationship for pest control work is formed directly between you and the independent contractor you choose to engage. We receive compensation from our network partners for successful referrals, which allows us to maintain this free service for consumers.

Independent Contractors

All pest control professionals, exterminators, wildlife trappers, and related service providers accessible through our referral network are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or representatives of Florida Pest Control. These contractors maintain their own separate business entities, licenses, insurance coverage, and professional credentials as required by Florida law and local jurisdictions. Florida Pest Control does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any independent contractor in our referral network, nor do we warrant any specific outcome from pest control services performed by these contractors. We make no representations regarding the competence, reliability, financial stability, or trustworthiness of any referred professional. Florida Pest Control expressly disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from or related to services performed by independent contractors, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, ineffective treatments, chemical exposure, or contractual disputes. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Florida Pest Control's total liability exceed the amount paid by you to us, which is zero dollars given our free service model. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Florida Pest Control from any claims brought by third parties arising from your use of referred services.

Verification Responsibility

The ultimate responsibility for selecting, vetting, and verifying the qualifications of any pest control professional rests entirely with you, the homeowner or property owner.
